Planning and Research.

I have been researching different magazine brands, like Q, NME and Metal Hammer and have decided that i will base my magazine on a ' music festival' magazine featuring selected music festivals, such as V Festival and Leeds Festival, and mainly the bands that may be playing this year and that played last year. The main two genres of music i am going to focus on are modern pop/indie and heavy metal music. Through my research i have found no magazine based on this idea so am going to try and create one.

Websites i have looked at are Q magazine, Metal hammer, NME and Total Guitar, focusing on any news plus the actual magazine covers.
