changes made:
Removal of centre guideline as I didn't need it anymore,
3D effect added to questions to add contrast against the answers,
'Gosh exclusive' move to a more appropriate place,
Colour balance to the film strip pictures as one looked particularly washed out,
Different main image out of experimentation,
Page number added as it is a common convention,
A few brushes to fill in gaps and add effect,
Yellow framed picture had the red carpet removed.
