Mise en scene/ costume

After researching our ideas for costume we came to the conclusion that we wanted our leading female character to dress to give the impression that she was a 'geek'. The costume style we chose was inspired by the leading female character from the hit U.S series 'Glee'. The other two characters within our clip have been dressed to resemble that of typical 'popular' American teenagers. Completing the mise en scene we added an American flag to represent patriotic America; a basketball that our 'jock' held, a starbucks cup that the leading female held and we decided to film at lockers as it is commom in most American films.
