Title.

Now that I have finished my photoshoot, I now need to think of a name for my magazine. I want a name that is catchy and memorable, however I want the name of my magazine to in some way connect with all the different musical elements of my magazine. For example I was thinking of:

1. Showbiz
2.Harmony
3.Triple Cleff
4.Crotchet
5.Quaver

As they all have music in common and will therefore link with the different genres of music, for example Musical Theatre and Indie music.
However none of these names really leapt of the page for me. I wanted a name that meant something but that didnt sound cheesey. I began thinking about music, and musical terms that are both used in music theatre and ordinary music. Thats when it hit me, Crescendo. A crescendo in music is when a piece of music has been built up and has hit that climatic final note that ends the piece for example in a musical theatre song, Wicked- Defying Gravity is a fantastic example because Idina Menzel hits a magnificent F right at the end of the song! thats the cresecendo the pinnacle moment in a piece were notes a built up and then released in a blast of perfection.

Looking at Crescendo as just a word it seems really quite boring and uninteresting, For my magazine I dont want people to get the two words mixed up, I want my magazine to have a crescendos definition, but I want it to be thought of as original and unique. Therefore i have decided to add a K instead of a C.
