What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?
I think that IPC media may distribute my product; it is the UK’s leading consumer magazine company and produces magazines such as ‘Q’ so I feel my product would fit in with this. It would also widen the range of magazines as my magazine combines both indie and rock music where as ‘Q’ focuses mainly on indie and popular music. It would be a good company to have as a distributor as it’s a popular company so would get the magazine good publicity and sell well.
