Research - Double Page Spread

This double page spread is from NME magazine. i like the use of the large image being one of the pages with the article on the other side of the page. i like the bold use of colour and the layout of the text, i will take this into account when creating my doubple page spread.

I liked the colour scheme in this magazine, and the use of bold text. This is a double page spread from kerrang magazine. I like how one of the pages is text and the other is an image with the title over-lapping the two. I will use this for inspiration for my magazine.

This is a double page spread from Q magazine. i like the bold title and the layout. The page of an image on the left gets your attention and there is the information on the other side. i like the use of the small image in the middle of the text. i feel it makes the other page look more interesting rather than having it all just plain text. i may use a layout similar to this for my double page spread.
