First Draft

I have to say I am very please with my first draft. I think it is very eyecatching and I think it incorporates all of the conventions a magazine double page spread needs. However there are a few things I am going to change before I hand in my final page.

Changes:

1. The first thing I am going to change is very simple and hardly noticeable however I think making my black banner wider, so that it reaches all the way upto the top of the page, will make my page look much more professional.

2. The second thing I am going to change is my leading quote. I do think it looks very effective and eyecatching in red, however I do think because of how virbant the red is, I think it is to bright and therefore makes the writing elegible. Therefore I am going to add an effect to my writing called STROKE. This will add a back shadow and will make my red have a very slight dark back drop therefore making the writing easier to read.

3. The final thing I am going to do is make all of my interview questions stand out more. To do this I am not going to use a different colour as I dont think it will look very good overlapping my red Y. However I am going to capatalise all of the questions as I think I need to make it clearer which part of the text is answers and which is the actual questions.
