We have just completed our preliminary excercise for our media project where we had to create a short video (including basic filming techniques such as the 180 degree rule and match on action techniques). I think the final product was okay, but the sound and dialogue went slightly wrong and ruined continuity. I'm sure for our actual project we will work to a better quality! I'm really looking forward to creating our film. We have already discussed a few ideas about what we might do. Our initial idea was 'horror film', though to make it effective we are still thinking of how to overcome the issue of lighting when filming in the dark. I'm sure we'll think of something!
