Introduction to script

Below is a script that we came up with for the opening scene. It represents that of the voice over so that the audience can get a sense of what the characters are about.

Scene One. Summer’s bedroom. Morning. Int.
Summer
So. Let’s get this straight. I am not a complete nerd, despite what other people may say. Just because I have an ambitious attitude and aim to be successful in my life time, doesn’t mean that I don’t have a life, I just want to be the best that I can be and if that means being the only girl in school that’s never been on a date or kissed a guy, then so be it.
Morning ritual. Getting out of bed. Breakfast. Getting dressed.
Scene Two. Ethan’s bedroom. Morning. Int.

Okay. Chill out. I’m going to be fine. I mean come on; I’m like the best player out there. (Laugh) The most popular guy in school. Everybody LOVES me! Get it together man, you can do this! Just get out there and play like the big star that you are. Awesome.
