Photoshoot...

Personally think my photoshoot went extremely well yesterday. My models looked fantastic, they created exactly the image and atmosphere I imagined and they complimented each other really well. I took many different shots that all had different camera angles. I also had my models staged in many different positions and had them trying several expressions. After much deliberation I have decided this picture is perfect for my front cover as it is a medium close up that delivers the edgy atmosphere and sex appeal I wanted.

Obviously I haven't edited this picture yet. I have decided that I am going to decrease the vibrance of the picture, as this will give me the pale, slightly (Sin City) image that I have decided I want to create. I am also going to make jess's eyes a lot bluer so that they stand out. In the same way i am going to make Emily's lips a lot brighter as again like Jess they will make her stand out. I have decided for my double page spread I am going to use this picture.



Again with this image i haven't yet edited it and like with my main image for my front cover I plan to dim the vibrance and make my models eyes and lips stand out. The reason I have chosen this image above all my other images is because I just think in landscape it will look fantastic with it dominating 1/3 of the left page. In the background like with my front cover New york will be evident I am also going to create a rain like effect using Adobe photoshop. I am confident that once all the editing has been completed the images will look very very effective.

I am also going to do an Image of the girls where there will be one of them on their own, however I am going to put a backgorund other than new york in the background as i want them to look like studio taken shots. I am thinking of this photo for Jess:



I love this picture as I think it just looks like such a typical music shot. What I am imagining is having two pages of text, however in one section having jess stood on the amp breaking up the corner of the text. For Emily I am thinking of possibly using this picture.



I really like this picture because like with Jess standing on the amp, Having Em using the chair makes the shot much more interesting. I am however going to change the jeans Em has on to Black, and again increase the vibrance on her lips and eyes.

I also want to have a strip of photots that resemble a photobooth design, However these pictures are going to show and add much more fun and normality to the band. These are just possible examples of what im thinking of using in a strip of 4 shots.
