For my double page spread i looked at many different magazines to see what layout i would prefer, i discovered that they usually have one main image on who the article is about surrounded by text and other little images, i decided to stick with the conventional magazine double page spread and decided to do a photoshoot with Anna for my main image:

after taking several images i decided to use the one on the right as i felt it would be a good central image as i would be able to put text on either side of the image and this image still gives me a lot of space on the page but is still a good main image as it grabs the readers attention.
At first i couldn't decide whether to use a plain white background for my double page spread:

I decided for this double page spread i would place the image on the left hand side and put all the text going from the right hand side to the left hand side, however, when i placed the image in the middle and had text on either side and kept the blue/grey background i decided this looked better and would grab the attention of more readers:

This is my final double page spread and i feel it looks a lot better than my first attempt of a double page spread.
