Front Cover

Front Cover After gathering a variety of research and information, I decided to start my front cover. Applying my research made the magazine creation easier, as I already had my colour scheme, model and presentation ideas confirmed. For the background I simply applied my colour scheme of red and black, and used the white for indication on teasers and reviews.

Secondly, I added my model, ensuring that he would be the prominant visual icon on my front cover. I spent a long time editing his position so text could be arranged around him successfully.

I then added an "OuterGlow" to enhance my image, making it more visual and dominant. I used red as the glow in order to stick to my colour scheme.

After that, I simply added my text, choosing a modern, yet eligible approach. I added my mast-head, then my teasers, and my review teaser. This made my magazine look complete, as it had filled space, with important infomation and images. It looked attractive and professional to my target audience.
