Question 5. How did you attract/address your audience?

By using teenage actors throughout the production we appeal to a younger audience as they can sympathise with the situation of the younger, bullied sister Olivia but they can also relate to the intimate relationship of Becki and Matthew. We also used a lot of sound effects e.g. the crash of the car and the tyre screeching, to grab the audience’s attention and confront them with the frightening situation.




The colour also attracts the audience’s attention as we use a deep red make-up for the blood on Olivia’s face which is over emphasised as it stands out on the grass/graveyard background.
